ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to analyze the level of competence in designing learning activities among master’s students enrolled in the Curriculum Management master’s program. The study examines both the overall level of this competence and the level of competence in designing learning activities corresponding to different instructional methods and teaching models. It also compares the competence levels of students enrolled in full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) study programs, taking into account the educational level at which they teach and their teaching experience. The results indicate that the majority of the master’s students demonstrate a high or very high level of competence in designing learning activities. Furthermore, this competence appears to be relatively stable regardless of the mode of study, the educational level at which they teach, or their teaching experience. The high level of competence observed among the master’s students suggests the positive impact of the learning tasks, instructional guidance, and examples provided within this course, irrespective of the organizational format of the master’s program.
